Mark Dorenfeld, MBA
Chief Executive Officer/President

Mark Dorenfeld is Chief Executive Officer of Pacific Child & Family Associates and is responsible for all aspects of the company operations. Mark provides the visionary leadership that is required of a growing organization and for that organization to be recognized as the leader in its field. Mark brings 14 years of behavioral healthcare experience in various roles with the Aspen Education Group out of Cerritos, California. Prior to his work in behavioral health Mark had extensive experience in Telecommunications and Finance. Mark has a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration and a Masters in Business Administration.


Michael J. Cameron, Ph.D., BCBA-D
Chief Clinical Officer

Dr. Michael J. Cameron, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst® (Charter Certificant 1-00-0010) is The Chief Clinical Officer for Pacific Child and Family Associates (PCFA) and an expert in the assessment and treatment of Autism Spectrum Disorder. Prior to joining PCFA, Dr. Cameron was an Associate Professor and the Founding Chair of the Department of Behavior Analysis at Simmons College. Dr. Cameron earned a master¹s degree in applied behavior analysis and a Ph.D. in experimental psychology from Northeastern University. Dr. Cameron is regular contributor to professional journals and periodicals centered on the assessment and treatment of Autism Spectrum Disorder.


Mark Russell
Chief Financial Officer

Mark Russell is the Chief Financial Officer for Pacific Child and Family Associates and is responsible for the overall development and management of the Company’s financial operations and participates in strategic planning and implementation of the business strategy. Mr. Russell also oversees the Human Resource and Information Technology departments of the Company. Prior to joining PCFA, Mark held similar positions for 20 years in specialty pharmaceutical and manufacturing fields and has been instrumental in the long-term profitable growth of each these respective companies. Mark’s broad experience with companies in unrelated industries adds a great deal of diverse expertise to the leadership team of Pacific Child and Family Associates. He holds a BS in business administration from the University of Southern California and started his career as a Certified Public Accountant with Deloitte & Touche.
