Psychotherapy

Individual, Couples, Family and Child Counseling is provided through Pacific Child and Family Associates, APC.

The Process of Therapy

Counseling is a way to address emotional, psychological or relationship concerns you or your family may be having. Generally, counselors meet with clients once a week for 50 minutes to work toward resolving difficulties and achieving goals that the client and counselors have developed together. Individuals may be seen alone or with significant others in couples or family counseling. Therapists are trained in providing support for concerns related to special needs as well as other life stressors.

Ongoing counseling fees are set according to a sliding scale that is designed to make counseling reasonable and affordable for most people.

All of our psychotherapist interns work under the supervision of a licensed mental helath professional. Our psychotherapists are registered interns who are training to become licensed therapists. They are carefully selected and conscientiously trained to work with a range of psychological, emotional and relationship concerns.
